Did you have a dish that changed how you look and feel about food? For instance, a meal/dish that gave you the most inspiration? If so, what what is?
I think that over time the little things made me love food more and more. Like when I first learned the importance of seasoning…and how it can make or break a dish. Or the very first time in Skills One class when I had to make eggs benedict for the first time, but had never even eaten it before. It tasted perfect. And I couldn’t believe that I made it all myself. When I eat at restaurants and have something as marvelous as ten-hour pork belly, or discover new ingredients such as pea tendrils (delicious by the way). I just love that you can learn more and more about food, and never know enough. I spend most of my days reading about food or taking pictures. I cook as often as possible and try to do something different every time. The more I let myself discover, the more I fall absolutely in love with it. That was a great question. Thank you!
Thanks for reading, too!
