Hey Rachel, I just wanted to thank you for your wonderful recipes - today I made the fettucini with zucchini sauce for my family and they loved it! C: Instead of pancetta I added thick-cut traditional bacon (because where I live the pancetta is quite expensive) and it was simply delecious! Thanks so much for sharing your recipes with us. C:
