Here’s a quick update to what I’ve been doing at work!  We made blood orange truffles from a tea we have at the restaurant. Red Velvet Cake Ricotta Zeppoles with Bourbon Pastry Cream, Pumpkin Mousse (on the other side), Snap Tuile, and Caramel. Caramel Filled Chocolate Tart with Pretzel Crumble, Passionfruit Sorbet, and Cocoa Tuile. More to come! <3, Salty ...
